Deus Ex Automatis
The talk in San Diego is come and gone, and it was incredible fun. Thanks to all of you who posted materials, emailed me, posted on your blogs, and came to the talk.
I had a great time.
I learned things.
For instance, that the title for my talk, had I used the ablative correctly, would have been Deus Ex Automatis. File that under things I never would have known.
The slides are linked above. The text of the talk, I'll be trickling out in segments here on my online journal. The first segment, this afternoon, will be my "historical" introductions. Lucky for you all, I'm no more historian than I am Latin scholar.
